I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), and also a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS), a Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (Tech IOSH) and a qualified Asbestos Surveyor. I have extensive knowledge of the design process form Design Development, Technical Design, Construction to Handover. I’m an experienced Contract Administrator. I am an expert in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. I have the skills, knowledge and experience  to act as a Principal Designer | CDM Consultant. I have acted as a PD, CDM Co-ordinator and Planning Supervisor for numerous projects.
